- Travel Distance / Field Notes: Distance travelled (in KM) entered manually by employees for on-duty field trips.
C. Technical & Diagnostic Information
- Device Metadata: App version, operating system version, and device model to troubleshoot crashes and ensure update compatibility.

We retain personal data and work logs for as long as the user maintains an active employee account within the organization, or as necessary to fulfill organizational reporting, compliance, and employment record-keeping obligations.
When an employee leaves the organization or upon receiving an account deactivation/deletion request, account access is terminated, and data is archived or deleted in accordance with company data retention guidelines.

You can view your profile information, historical logs, and monthly summary in the app.

- Administrative Request: Contact your organization HR or system administrator to initiate account removal from the management console.
9. Children's Privacy
Time Keeper is an enterprise employment and workplace tool designed exclusively for authorized personnel (individuals aged 18 and older). We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions).
If we become aware that personal information of a minor has inadvertently been collected, we will immediately take steps to purge such data from our servers.
